3D visual realisation is using 3D computer modelling to create, illustrate and communicate photo realistic images. Once created, 3D models can be viewed from any angle, can be used to test lighting and shadow casting, materials, and colour schemes – or can be combined with photo montages to show designs in relation to the existing surroundings.

The final visualisations can be used to present and communicate designs, for the purpose of planning and patent applications, visual marketing including advertising, brochure and web publication, and from the 3D model, walkthrough and fly-round animations can be created in Video, CD and DVD format.
